Chica Dragon helps an Australia customer to develop a new model of Granite Composite Sink With Drainboard

Our customer reached us on our website when he wanted to explore his product line. He would like to develop a new product to increase the company’s turnover. We successfully helped him complete the sales growth by creating a new mould of double bowl Granit-Verbundspüle, with the size of 1160×500 mm.
Herausforderung
Due to the length of this sink is too long, it is prone to breakage during transportation. Especially the position of the drainboard, it is exposed separately, it needs special safety packaging.
Ergebnis
Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Chica Dragon konnte unser Kunde sein Designkonzept in einer endgültigen, auffälligen Granitverbund-Spüle verändern. Die Verpackungslösung ist, dass ein Injektionsschaum unter die Abflussbrett steckt. Diese Lösung kann das Problem des Produkts effektiv lösen, wodurch Risse oder Schäden während des Versands vermieden werden.
